How much does it cost to sell with KeyHive?
A KeyHive-only listing is free. Guided costs $5,000: $2,500 to launch and $2,500 at successful settlement. Modern Agent costs $10,500: $2,500 to launch and $8,000 at successful settlement. Contracts Only costs $1,500, payable at successful settlement. All prices include GST.
What’s included in the fixed fee?
Guided and Modern Agent include professional photography, a standard floorplan, a for-sale signboard, the standard advertising campaign and contract preparation. Modern Agent also includes buyer enquiries, inspections and negotiations. Conveyancing and settlement-agent fees are separate. Extras such as additional photography, regional travel or advertising upgrades are discussed and authorised before work begins.
Can I sell my house privately with KeyHive?
Yes. Create a free KeyHive listing, share it and manage buyer enquiries, inspections and offers yourself. The free option does not include a paid advertising campaign, an agent managing your sale or contract preparation. If you want campaign and contract support while staying hands-on with buyers, consider Guided.
Who handles home opens and negotiations with Guided?
You prepare the initial listing, answer buyer enquiries, run home opens and private inspections, and negotiate with buyers. KeyHive improves and launches the campaign, prepares the contract, coordinates signing and tracks agreed conditions through settlement-agent handover. Choose Modern Agent if you want us to handle buyers, inspections and negotiations too.
Where will my property be advertised?
A free listing appears on keyhive.com.au only. Guided and Modern Agent include advertising on KeyHive, realestate.com.au Premiere+, Domain and REIWA. Premiere+ is included in the package price; upgrades beyond the standard campaign are agreed separately. Contracts Only does not include advertising.
What happens if my property doesn’t sell or settle?
The settlement fee is not charged if the property does not settle. For Guided and Modern Agent, the launch payment is refundable before campaign work or supplier bookings begin, less authorised costs already incurred. Once campaign work begins, the applicable amount is non-refundable. With Contracts Only, third-party costs already incurred may still be payable even if the sale does not settle.
Can I change packages later?
You can request paid support after starting with a free listing. If you upgrade from Guided to Modern Agent, your launch payment carries across—you do not pay it again. The Modern Agent service fee then applies at successful settlement. Speak with our team to agree the change and when we take over the work.
I already have a buyer. Can you help with the contract?
Yes. Contracts Only is for sellers who have found a buyer and agreed the price and basic terms. KeyHive prepares the standard sale contract, coordinates signing, tracks agreed conditions and hands over to your chosen settlement agent. It does not include finding a buyer, negotiating the sale, legal advice or conveyancing.
Is KeyHive a licensed real estate agency?
Yes. KeyHive is a licensed Western Australian real estate agency and REIWA member. Lauren Mijatovic is our principal licensed agent (RA85978). Our free listing is a self-service software option; it does not appoint an agent to manage your sale.
